Shipping & Deliveries
We’re open and shipping orders as per our regular schedule. Our domestic delivery partner Australia Post has advised us to allow an additional 1-7 business days on top of our estimated delivery timeframe for Canadian orders. USA orders are currently seeing normal delivery times. For all international orders, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks on top of quoted windows due to potential delays.

** We do not issue refunds or re-send orders for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or shipments that are not picked up by the receiver. Please note that if you refuse/not pick up your shipment the parcel will not be sent back to Funerariaasenciopr.
We ship every Tuesday and Friday - all orders are shipped with our small business partner Chit Chats. Orders within USA/Australia will arrive within 3-5 business days, international orders will arrive within 10-15 business days. Canadian orders are shipped with Australia Post, USA orders are shipped with USPS and all international orders are shipped with Asendia. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe and the tracking information is not updating, get in touch with us at [email protected].
Unclaimed/Refused TAMGA shipments
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, you will receive it by email 1-2 business days after we send it. From that point forward, you will receive email updates as your order makes the journey to your doorstep. Once a parcel has been marked as 'delivered' by the courier via tracking TAMGA assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen goods.
Certain countries charge customs duties on clothing parcels, if this is the case you will be informed and billed by the courier on delivery. TAMGA does’t take responsibility for any of these costs. If you have concerns about duties by your receiving country, you can email us to see if we've had experience of customers reporting to pay duties at this destination.
For Australia and USA orders, if your shipment is not picked up or you choose to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of €15 to return the package to TAMGA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. For all international orders, if your shipment is refused or not picked up it will not be shipped back to Australia and a refund will not be issued.
